Please note that there are two billing cycles available in the below mentioned Post-Paid plans:
- First billing cycle operates from 19th of every month to 18th of next month.
- Second billing cycle operates from 27th of every month to 26th of next month.
As per TRAI’s regulation, outgoing postpaid SMS beyond100 SMS/Day will be charged at 50p/SMS or base tariff whichever is higher. This will be inclusive of free, discounted and chargeable SMS. This limit would apply from the bill cycles, starting post 15th Jan’14
In compliant to TTO 54th amendment i.e. at least 50paisa/SMS is to be charged post 100 SMS/Day/SIM.
Safe Custody Scheme for postpaid consumers: This Scheme is available for all Postpaid Customers for a monthly charge of Rs. 50, Rs. 100 and Rs. 150 per month for one, two and three months respectively . During this period, no monthly Plan rental or add-on pack rental will be charged and all the services including incoming & outgoing voice call or SMS, Data, VAS etc shall be barred. The customer can get his mobile connection reconnected during or after the Safe Custody period by giving a written request, and same shall be processed within 24 hours of receipt of valid request. Once Safe custody time period expires, customer should give the request for reactivation of the connection within 15 days of the expiry of safe custody scheme opted by him, else the postpaid connection will be permanently disconnected.
