The four Aircel companies comply with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with the applicable Rules mandating appointment of Independent Directors. Aircel Limited, Aircel Cellular Limited, Dishnet Wireless Limited and Aircel Smart Money Limited have appointed Independent Directors to their respective Boards.
