        Safe Senders List

Add Aircel to your Safe Senders List

Sometimes, e-mails from us get mistakenly sent to the junk or spam folder by your e-mail program. To ensure that this does not happen, you should add us to your Address Book or your Safe Senders list. Instructions for doing so are given below for several commonly used e-mail programs.
Some programs allow you to add an entire domain to the safe senders list. This would allow you to receive all emails coming from, for instance, the aircel.com domain (i.e. username@aircel.com).
Under the Tools menu, click Options.

Click Junk E-mail then Junk E-mail Options.

Go to the Preferences tab & under E-mail, click Junk E-mail to open the Junk E-mail Options dialog box.

On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.

Enter the e-mail address. To add the entire aircel.com domain, enter '@aircel.com' instead of the e-mail address and click OK in the Junk E-mail Options window.
If you already have an e-mail message from Aircel, you can also:

Go to the Actions menu, select Junk E-mail then either 'Add Sender' to the Safe Senders List or 'Add Sender's Domain' to Safe Senders List.

In Outlook 2007, if you have the message open in a separate window, you also can click the Safe Lists option in the Junk E-mail tab of the Ribbon and choose either 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List' or 'Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List'.

In Outlook Express, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from as you cannot add the entire domain.

Under the Tools menu, select 'Address Book'.

Click 'New' and select 'New Contact' from the drop-down menu.

Enter the e-mail address and any other details you wish and then click OK.
If you have an e-mail message from Aircel, from that message you can also:
Right-click the sender's name or email address in the 'From' field of the header.

Select 'Add to Address Book' in the shortcut menu that appears.

Gmail does not let you add an entire domain. Instead, you will have to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.
Click Contacts in the navigation area on the left.

Click Create Contact in the blue bar at the top.

Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.
If you have an e-mail message from Aircel, from that message you can also:
Click More Options in the header.

Click Add sender to Contacts list in the options that appear.

In Yahoo! Mail, you cannot add the entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.
        Click the 'Addresses' tab.

Click Add Contact on the upper left.

Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.
