Service Activation through USSD gives the platform to our subscribers to recharge anytime anywhere from all the rate cutters/SMS cards/PYM cards.
In this, equal amount of desired product MRP shall be deducted from subscriber’s main account balance and simultaneously requested service benefits will be provided. this is an online transaction which processes in a second.
Subscriber can recharge through USSD by following way:
Dialing <*122#> and selecting the required denomination:
- Subscriber shall dial <*122#> from his/her mobile number
- System will revert with the available 3 sub menu
- Pocket Internet
- SMS Rate cutters
- Call Rate cutters
- On selecting any of the option (1/2/3) subscriber shall get a flash message showing the details of all the rate cutters available in the category.
- this sub-category shall have product details (as mentioned in the below table) and the keyword to activate the same
- Selection will be done on replying thru text message with the required keyword.
- E.g. if a subscriber click on answer/reply button and type <2>, he/she shall get the list of all the SMS cards available.
- To recharge with required denomination, subscriber needs to reply/answer again with desired keyword.
- Amount basis product MRP shall be deducted from subscriber’s account and the desired benefits shall be provided
- E.g. if a subscriber click on answer/reply button and type <1>, 100 L/N SMS shall be credited into subscriber account and Rs9 will be deducted from his account simultaneously.
- Subscriber shall get the successful recharge confirmation thru SMS.
