How do I collect credit? |
Simply download the free app from the Google Play Store. Activate OPEN2EARN using your Aircel mobile number and start seeing ads when you unlock your phone. As you view ads, you will accumulate points which will convert into your Rs. 10 Top Up reward after each 7-day cycle. The associated talk value is subject to available market top up construct at the time of credit will be credited into your main account and that can be used for any purpose, including but not limited to, Voice, Data , SMS, etc.

How can I find out if I got my credit in the last week? |
Your Top Up reward for the last week is shown in your OPEN2EARN app, on the “History” screen of the “Progress” tab. -

Why haven’t I got my credit? |
To get your credit for using OPEN2EARN, you need to see minimum number of ads when you unlock your phone over a seven day period and you will collect your credit. Please ensure the app is running in the background at all times and that your mobile device has a valid internet connection. To be eligible to receive this Top Up, you must accumulate 60 points in 7 day rolling period. Your reward cycle gets reset on day 8.

What happens to the extra points if the user earns more than 60 points in a cycle? |
Points don’t roll over to the next ad viewing cycle. A user’s points reset to 0 after their Top Up is credited which means that a user’s points always start at 0 at the start of every cycle.

What information will the OPEN2EARN app collect? |
No information is collected without user consent. For more information please refer to the Terms & Conditions by clicking on support in the app.

Does OPEN2EARN use my mobile data allotment? |
Yes, OPEN2EARN uses data to show you the ads when you unlock your mobile phone. Please note the ads you see are designed to use under approx. 150MB of data per month, based on the size & number of ads, which will be charged as per your mobile phone provider’s data plan.

Can I use the OPEN2EARN app outside home circle? |
Yes, you can use the OPEN2EARN app outside home circle. However, this will only work on wi-fi hotspot and not through mobile data while roaming.

I am getting the message “unfortunately, OPEN2EARN has stopped”. What should I do? |
Reboot of the device
- Reboot the device
- Unlock the device
- Give the device 60 seconds to start all the apps and services
- Lock the device
- Unlock
- See if an ad is displayed
Delete App Data
- Open the settings app
- Go to Applications (or application manager)
- Make sure that ‘all’ (or ‘all apps’) is listed at the top (Swipe right or select from the drop down menu if not)
- Select OPEN2EARN app from the list
- Touch Storage
- Touch ‘Delete Data’
- Confirm the deletion
- Return to the home screen
- Start the OPEN2EARN app
- Complete registration with the same phone number
- Lock and unlock the device
- See if an ad is displayed
Reinstall the App (only if you are unable to delete app data)
- Go to the app drawer
- Long press on Open2Earn
- Drag to “uninstall” at the top of the screen
- Restart the device
- Go to the play store
- Install Open2Earn
- Complete registration with the same phone number
- Lock and unlock the device
- See if an ad is displayed

Why am I not receiving any ads? |
Please ensure that the app is running in the background and that you have a valid internet connection. Also – the app will not work while on roaming unless you are connected to Wi-Fi.

How do I unsubscribe from OPEN2EARN? |
OPEN2EARN is a fully opt-in product. As such, you can opt-out by unsubscribing from the app at any time by simply uninstalling the app from your mobile phone. However, remember that this means you’ll also stop collecting rewards such as weekly Top Up.

What can I do in case of a dispute regarding ads or my Top Up? |
Please contact Aircel customer service at 121 (Toll free from Aircel mobile) and provide the mobile number you used to sign up to Open2Earn.
