          Customer Grievance Redressal

          To resolve all your concerns at the earliest, we have established a 2-tier complaint handling mechanism.

          Level I: Our Customer Touch Points

          As an Aircel customer you have the convenience to contact at the following Customer Interface Points:
          • For Account & Product related information Call 121 from Aircel Mobile. For Complaints & Requests Call 198
            from Aircel Mobile (Toll Free) or 9768012345 from Non Aircel Mobile.

          In case, your concern cannot be resolved online then our customer care will formally register your concern and will give you a docket number (also called Service Request Number) along with the time limit within which your concern will be resolved. Note the service request number is important for any further query or escalation that you may need to do- so kindly keep a careful record of the same.

          Upon resolution of your concern, our customer care will contact you on your Aircel Mobile, Alternate number or reply via email/letter to update you on the resolution status.

          Level II: Appellate Authority:


          • Should the need arise, you may approach the Appellate Authority , who is the next level of escalation for the Circle, within 30 days from the date of resolution of the complaint. The Appellate Authority shall, within 10 days of the appeal being placed before it, conduct such inquiry as it may consider necessary and dispose of the appeal by passing reasoned order in writing stating therein the points for determination and the decision thereon.
          • You may file your appeal through call center also.

          • It is mandatory to provide the previous SR number as a reference number to lodge the appeal.

          • The appeal can only be lodged for the same type of complaint which resolution was not satisfactory to you.
