Now International Roaming is made much simpler. With
your Aircel Postpaid connection make and receive calls
from any where in the world. For your convenience and
to make your life simpler we have divided the world
into seven zones so you will always know what you are
paying while roaming abroad.

• The above mentioned international
roaming rates are flat, which includes Aircel’s
15% surcharge.
• Calls to Satellite/ Immarsat/ Maritime/ Ship
cruise destinations will be charged as per the rate
of visited operator and additional 15% surcharge
will be applicable.
• The rates indicated in the tariff column
are subject to change without any prior notice.
It is only tentative price information provided
in the list of international roaming countries on
our website. |

• Refundable security deposit
of Rs.10, 000/- is applicable for activating International
roaming profile.
• No activation fee for activating International
roaming.
• Monthly access fee of Rs.99/- applicable
for international roaming subscribers. |

• Before traveling any foreign
country, please check the compatibility of the handset
with the frequency (GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
and CDMA, UMTS/ 3G compatible networks).
• Subscribers before roaming in the below mentioned
countries, are requested to note the following points:

· Japan - Only
UMTS/ 3G handsets will function (to check
your handset frequency, please visit www.gsmarena.com)
· Korea - Only CDMA handsets
(hired in Korea) will function (to hire visit
www.skroaming.com/en/customer/info.asp)
· USA - USA operators use 850
& 1900 Mhz. It is recommended to use a
quad band handsets (which supports 850, 900,
1800, 1900 Mhz frequencies) (to check your
handset frequency visit www.gsmarena.com)

• The incoming caller number
(CLIP) will be passed on to the customer handset
and will be shown on the bill, subject to availability
of the same from the other service provider.
• Please check for the actual availability
of International Roaming from our nearest Customer
Care Centre or Aircel Centre before availing the
said facility.
• The above mentioned international roaming
tariff (in the table) is effective from 1st October,
2007.
• Calls made to customer care centre (from
international roaming location) will be charged
as per the international roaming tariff. |
