(Pursuant to Telecom Consumers Protection and Redressal of Grievances Regulations issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)

Aircel offers you the best in customer service. When a customer calls in the 24 hour call centre with a complaint or grievance, a docket number is provided with a specified time line for resolution of the complaint. If the complaint is not resolved within the specified time at the call centre, the customers may contact the designated nodal officer by means of written communication, telephone, e-mail or by logging on to Aircel's website www.aircel.com and lodge their complaint or grievance. If the complaint or grievance is not resolved at the nodal officer level then customers may contact the appellate authority set up by the company.
