Voice Mail Service

Sometimes you do not want to answer your phone or you are busy with some work or you are not reachable or your battery is drained. During these times your calls get diverted to your Voicemail box. Whenever there is a voice message in your voice mail box you receive a SMS alert.

You can call 900 and retrieve the messages at your convenience. To activate this Voice Mail Service type START VOICE and send to 200.

Now don’t miss what others want to communicate to you when you are out of reach, don’t want to take a call or busy with something else.

FAQs

How can we activate voice mail service ?
To activate the service, just send an SMS or call the Call Centre. Type START VOICE and send it to 200. Alternatively, call the Call Centre for the activation. It’ll take around 24 hours for the activation.

How does it work ?
When you are not answering the call, your caller receives your voice greetings, and is requested to leave a message in your voice mail box. You receive a message in your inbox informing you about the voice message.

How can we retrieve messages in our voice mail box ?
On Home Network: Retrieve your messages stored in your voice mail box by calling 900.

On Roaming to Aircel Network: Retrieve your messages stored in your voice mail box by calling 900.

On Roaming to Non Aircel Network: Retrieve your messages stored in your voice mail box at normal roaming rates by calling on 09854198541.

Can you leave a message for our callers ?
You can also record your personalized message to be communicated to the caller. All you have to do is call 900 and follow the prompts.
